Black is the new grey – progressing with CDEuM 5.0

No, we are not being pessimistic or want to deal with grey zones. We’re still looking at the new normal with you today. Today, tomorrow and unfortunately for a longer time – again and again. Nevertheless, I am very happy about the relaxation of the restrictions and the positive development concerning COVID-19 case numbers in Germany. Now the economy can go back on a positive track. We are looking forward to that and are naturally preparing for it. Which steps are you taking? Tell us your thoughts in a comment on LinkedIn under our last post. You can see how we set the course towards a positive economic development here. With further training! Because of our permanent technological developments, we are of course up to date or even up to future, which means we are in the frontline when it comes to realizing future-orientated projects. In this area further trainings are not our number one priority. As we are, however, working for large and globally operating companies, which are in the middle of big agile transformations, we began further trainings just there. This way we will still be able to meet our clients at eye-level in the future and integrate our team in development structures with iterative processes. There is a lot of interesting literature concerning this topic. I especially liked the book “KMU im Wandel“, because it looks at KMU’s agile processes from different perspectives and derives tips for use in practice from it. Curious how agile CDEuM is? We would gladly stay in contact until your project needs our holistic know-how.
